Connected dance through the elements

Thursday, 18th of December, Alex invites you into a Connected Dance journey inspired by the five elements.

The journey moves through earth, water, fire and air, and opens into space — where everything comes together.

We’ll move through:

• Water — softness, fluidity, sensing

• Earth — grounding, stability, presence

• Air — letting movement emerge naturally

• Fire — expansion, expression, energy

• Space — bringing all elements together in connection and play

Expect guided movement, embodied exploration, and a space where structure supports freedom. This is not about performance or choreography — it’s about feeling, moving, and having fun together.
