Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a dance and healing practice that explores deeper layers of Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit.

Blending Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, Passing Through, yoga, qi gong and other healing modalities, CBC creates space to experience connection with yourself, with others, and with the world around us beyond words.

CBC invites authentic expression, real connection and transformation through movement, dance and healing practices.

✨ This workshop is for you if you want to…

– feel more at ease and natural when connecting with others

– stop overthinking and be more present in the moment

– feel your boundaries more clearly, and communicate them in a way that feels good

– express what you want or need with more clarity and confidence

– understand your patterns in connection and gently explore new ways of relating

– feel more comfortable in your body instead of being stuck in your head

– experience connection that feels mutual, balanced, and real

You don’t need any dance experience, just an openness to explore something new.

All of this is explored through simple movement and guided exercises, in a safe and supportive space.

✨ About Anita

Anita is a Level 2 Contact Beyond Contact facilitator and a certified Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®) Practitioner, supporting people through breath, movement and connection with a trauma-informed approach.

Her own path with BBTRS began with a search for relief from chronic physical tension and became a much deeper journey of reconnecting with her body, authentic expression and aliveness. Through Contact Beyond Contact, this exploration expanded into how we meet ourselves in connection with others, learning to listen to the body, explore boundaries and choice, and find more freedom and authenticity in movement and relationship.

Today, she creates compassionate spaces where people can turn towards themselves and each other with curiosity. Not to be fixed, but to feel, express, connect and rediscover what is already alive within them. She brings warmth, presence, and deep respect for each person's unique process.
