In this 2.5-hour immersive experience, we, Judith & Dorien, will guide you through the energies that exist within and without, allowing you to travel through the full range of the cosmos.

This experience will help you connect deeply with your inner nature, activate your energy centers, expand into higher states of consciousness and connect profoundly to the universal energy. To ultimately find balance in a renewed sense of self.

About Judith:

I guide people on a intuitive journey of rest, self-discovery, and deep connection through Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ceremonial Cacao, Meditation and Cyclical Living.

My approach is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins with rest. When we slow down, we access the deeper layers of our consciousness—allowing us to release emotions, unblock energy, and reconnect with our intuition. Through this practice, we reclaim our authenticity, inner radiance, and power.

About Dorien:

Since 16 years old, I’ve been on a quest to better understand my own challenging life situation, self-sabotaging patterns and what healthy relationships and communication looks like. This lead me to studying psychology and eventually to the path of yoga, tantra and meditation - which brought massive breakthroughs in my own life.

My journey allows me to live a more heart-led life, in full surrender and devotion to service and the guidance of others on their healing journey.

Expect my classes to be a moment of play and of bringing awareness to your process in your human experience. In each of my yoga classes I offer an opportunity to arrive more in the body, explore the borders of your comfort zone, all connected with the ongoing natural cycles of this bigger universe we live in.
