'Ecstatic dance' is a dance without talking, drugs, alcohol, and shoes.

These guidelines create a setting in which you don't have to be verbally engaged and can fully immerse yourself in the music. A setting where you can express different emotions, get in touch with your body, and perhaps with other dancers as well.

The eve begins with an opening circle with heart-awakening ceremonial cacao that sets the tone for the evening. As the beats build, so does the energy, inviting you to dance like no one is watching. 

Led by Polarny, a maestro of conscious dance, this gathering promises a transcendent journey through tribal tropical beats that will uplift your spirit and ignite your soul.

About DJ Polarny:

Polarny is a music producer, DJ, tour guide, and promoter. Originally from Poland, he lives & creates in Latin America. His song „Trip To Cuba” won the  Ninja Tune Records contest. He is known for creating hypnotizing tropical journeys that blend genres and cultures together. The most traveling DJ for conscious parties who performed Ecstatic Dance,  5Rhythms, Daybreaker, The Get Down, and Sensorama in places like Toronto,  New York, Mexico City, Havana, Bogota, Rio de Janeiro, Amsterdam, and Berlin. He organizes tours and retreats featuring music festivals and sacred medicines.

Clothes & Bring:

Dress however you like. But best to dress in which you can move/dance (a tight skirt or stiff shirt may be impractical).

Bring a filled water bottle (non-alcoholic).

Early Monke: 28 euros

Late Monke: 33 euros (at the door)
