Handstand Workshop

Handstand  and movement workshop suitable for complete beginners and intermediate practitioners.  

During the workshop, we will learn about balancing techniques and drillsto help you get your first free-standing handstand or improve the few-second hold that you already have. Using different movement tasks  and practices, we will build upper body strength, improve the mobility  needed for the handstand and learn how to fall from it safely.  

The workshop is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. No prior experience is required.
