The Voice is the River of the Soul. Free the river : free the flow of your Energy. Free your Voice and you will free all the Flow of your Life. Fanny

During this 3-hour workshop, we will explore the body, energy and emotions, through breathing exercises, gentle movements, conscious sounds (Tonings, Sound Yoga)  and guided meditation. We release what needs to be released : tensions, blockages and emotions in order to awaken our Vital Energy and ground deeply and safely in our physical Body. It's important to ground the Voice in the body.

Then, we open our Energy centers to let our Life Force and our Heart's Voice circulate more freely.

Once we have anchored ourselves deeply in our multi-dimensional being, with gentleness, kindness and security, we then open our voice with the spontaneous intuitive singing that springs from our intimate connection with ourselves and the present moment. We may sometimes sing a few mantras or medicine chants but the goal here is to release improvised spiritual intuitive chanting, alone and in groups.

Tijdens deze 3 uur durende workshop verkennen we het lichaam, de energie en emoties, door middel van ademhalingsoefeningen, zachte bewegingen, bewuste geluiden (Tonings, Sound Yoga) en geleide meditatie. 

We laten los wat moet worden losgelaten: spanningen, blokkades en emoties om onze Vitale Energie te laten ontwaken en diep en veilig te aarden in ons fysieke lichaam. Het is belangrijk om de Stem in het lichaam te aarden.

Vervolgens openen we onze Energiecentra om onze Levenskracht en onze Hartstem vrijer te laten circuleren.

Als we ons eenmaal diep in ons multidimensionale wezen hebben verankerd, met zachtheid, vriendelijkheid en veiligheid, openen we onze stem met het spontane intuïtieve zingen dat voortkomt uit onze intieme verbinding met onszelf en het huidige moment. We zingen soms een paar mantra's of medicijngezangen, maar het doel hier is om geïmproviseerde, spirituele, intuïtieve gezangen los te laten, alleen of in groepen.

Who is Fanny Mcken Muller:

Fanny's voice and music are inspired by her sensitive connection to nature, as well as her passion for the musical and spiritual traditions of the world.

An anthropologist by training, she had the opportunity, during her travels, to observe and practice ritual music in Gabon, Peru and India.

Trained in various sacred singing traditions and vocal therapy techniques, the Voice and Sound Journeys are for her a path towards self-knowledge and self-love, an inner and initiatory journey.

For the last 8 years, Fanny has been organizing "Sound Yoga" workshops: vocal and body liberation, harmonization through gentle yoga, sounds and intuitive singing in Belgium, as well as mantras circles and meditative concerts.

Originally from the Ardennes, Luik and Bruxelles, Fanny is now living in Limburg : Maasmechelen.

In Monk-e Temple, she collaborates with Koenraad Fossey as the singer of their musical project « Umay ».
