Shamanic Voice Circle — Journey into Intuitive Singing

This is not a performance. This is not a singing lesson. This is a journey.

The Shamanic Voice Circle is a participative group experience guiding you back to your most original instrument — your own voice.

Drawing on shamanic traditions, years of meditation practice, and immersive electronic soundscapes, Faro holds space for participants to move from the familiar world of talking into the unknown realm of intuitive sound. It's about really being present in the moment and exploring the mental states that arise from that presence in sound. Every voice in the circle matters. Every participant is an active co-creator of the experience.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CIRCLE

We begin with body and breath — releasing the tension that keeps the voice locked. From there we move into an extended session of intuitive singing, supported by electronic soundscapes woven with isochronic beats, resonant harmonics, and layered tones that invite altered states of consciousness.

Between sessions, integration circles offer space for sharing and grounding.

You don't need to know how to sing. You don't need to hold a tune or remember lyrics. You need only show up, breathe, and allow.

Comfortable clothing recommended. No singing experience or musical background required.

*ABOUT FARO*

Faro is the shamanic voice practice of Ariana Ramos — where ancient traditions meet electronic soundscapes, and where people remember how to sing.

As a child, Ariana sang to trees, birds, ants, and rocks. It was the most natural thing in the world. Then she got schooled out of it. Years later she found her way back through Boabom movement practice, shamanic training in the Latin American and Mongolian traditions, and years of deep meditation. These three paths converged into Faro — the body awake, the breath moving, the voice free, and underneath it all, the trance state where the real songs live.

Faro has guided different workshops in Leuven, Brussels, Ozora Festival in Hungary, and Honduras. This is a rare intimate evening in Hasselt.

LANGUAGE AND SUPPORT

The main teaching and guidance for this circle will be in English. However, I am happy to provide additional support and explanations in Dutch, French or Spanish if needed. Everyone is welcome, regardless of their primary language!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot make it, you are welcome to sell or gift your ticket to someone else. Please notify me of the name change so I can update the guest list.

PRICING PHILOSOPHY

I believe that the Shamanic Voice Circle should be accessible to everyone. If the standard ticket price is a financial barrier, I offer a Donation Based Ticket (starting at €5) to cover basic costs.
